The objectives of the Federation as set out in the Constitution are:

| 3. To promote intrauterine and neonatal well-being. |  |
| 4. To support the study and implementation of population control. |  |
| 5. To promote international cooperation and goodwill particularly in Asia & Oceania. |  |
